We are thrilled to welcome your child to The Wadadli Music Project Camp! As part of our efforts to showcase the activities and achievements of our campers, we may capture photographs, video recordings, and other media throughout the camp. These materials may be used for promotional and educational purposes, including our website, social media, and other public platforms.

Permission to Use Media:

I, the undersigned, give permission for The Wadadli Music Project to use photographs, video recordings, and other media featuring my child, [child’s name], captured during camp activities. These media may be used for the following purposes:

• The Wadadli Music Project’s website and social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

• Printed promotional materials (e.g., brochures, flyers)

• Press releases and other media coverage

• Videos for educational or promotional use

I understand that these images and recordings may be edited, reproduced, and distributed for the above purposes without further notice or compensation. I also acknowledge that The Wadadli Music Project retains all rights to the media produced. My child’s name and other personal details may be used in association with the media as necessary.
